ELEIÇÕES INFORMATIZADAS EM ALAGOAS Da implantação ao sistema de urnas biométricas

Resumo

RESUMO: A partir da década de 90, a implantação das urnas eletrônicas marca a trajetória do voto no Brasil, com o intuito de corrigir as falhas do processo eleitoral. No entanto, desde aquela época, já havia uma discussão no sentido da sua eficácia. Nos últimos tempos, a questão tem se intensificado, atentando-se para a segurança das eleições informatizadas e, particularmente, sobre a segurança das urnas eletrônicas e as redes de totalização eletrônica de voto. Assim, para tentar dirimir as fraudes eleitorais, o Tribunal Superior Eleitoral implantou o sistema de urnas biométricas nas eleições que visa especificar e implantar a identificação e verificação biométrica. O objetivo desta pesquisa é comprovar a repercussão da sua implantação nas eleições de Alagoas, em 2010, com a segurança do contínuo aprimoramento do processo eleitoral. Biometria ABSTRACT: From the 90's, the implementation of electronic voting machines marks the trajectory of the vote in Brazil, in order to correct the flaws of the electoral process. However, since that time, there was a discussion in terms of its effectiveness. Lately, the question has intensified, paying attencion of the security of computerized elections, and particularly, on the security of eletronic voting machines and networks of electronic aggregation of votes, which are part of a tecnology for the electoral process. So, to try to resolve the election fraud the TSE implemented the biometric system of voting in elections aimed at specifying and deploying bimetric identification and verification. The objective of this research is to prove the effect of their deployment in the Alagoas elections in 2010, with the security of continuous improvement of the electoral process.
