INFINITUDE DA CONSCIÊNCIA E LIBERDADE EM HEGEL

Resumo

RESUMO: Na obra Fenomenologia do Espírito Hegel apresenta o percurso de uma consciência desde o seu estágio mais inculto até o Saber Absoluto. Nesse caminho, condição fundamental para o desenvolvimento da consciência é o seu caráter de infinitude, isto é, a possibilidade de a consciência não se fixar em nenhum momento ou figura, mas realizar livremente as diversas dialéticas que aconstituem. O objetivo deste artigo é demonstrar que as experiências por quais passa a consciência na Fenomenologia do Espírito repercutem nos fenômenos sociais, políticos e jurídicos analisados na obra Linhas Fundamentais da Filosofia do Direito. Nesta obra, destacam-se as apresentações das três instituições que formam o reino ético: Família, Sociedade Civil e Estado. A infinitude da consciência implica em consequências essenciais para a existência do membro da comunidade, pois sem a possibilidade de constantemente negar a si mesmo e ao Outro há sempre o risco do indivíduo se finitizar em uma das instituições, o que ameaçaria a totalidade ética e, sobretudo a figura do Estado. Na filosofia política de Hegel a Liberdade se dá neste plano harmônico entre a vontade individual e a universal, o que somente é possível com o trabalho de infinitude da consciência de si. ABSTRACT: In the work The Phenomenology of Spirit Hegel presents the journey of a consciousness from its most unenlightened stage to the Absolute Knowing. In this way, a prerequisite for the development of consciousness is its character of infinity, the possibility that consciousness has not to be fixed in any moment or figure, but freely perform the various dialectics that constitute it. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate that the experiences, in which the consciousness in the Phenomenology of Spirit passes, reverberates in political, social and legal phenomena analyzed in the work of Fundamental Lines of Philosophy of Right. In this work, it is highlighted the presentations from the three institutions that form the ethical realm: Family, Civil Society and State. The infinity of consciousness implies essential consequences for the existence of the member in the community, because without the ability to constantly deny himself and the Other, there is always the risk of the individual to finite himself in the institutions, which would threaten the entire ethical totality and overall the figure of the state. In the political philosophy of Hegel, Freedom takes itself in this harmonic plane between individual and universal will, which is only possible with the work of infinity of self-consciousness.
