DESAPOSENTAÇÃO E DIGNIDADE HUMANA: O DIREITO DO CIDADÃO-SEGURADO A UMA APOSENTADORIA MAIS VANTAJOSA

RESUMO: O tema do presente artigo surgiu da importância de se realizar um estudo acadêmico e científico sobre o relevante drama sofrido por uma significativa parcela da população no ato da inatividade que, ao deparar-se com os valores da aposentadoria, vê-se obrigada a retornar à atividade laboral, numa tentativa de manter o padrão de vida de sua família, para, num outro momento, incorporar, a um novo benefício, ganhos que significam melhoria das condições de existência. Nesse sentido, o instituto da desaposentação surge como mais um elemento de resgate da dignidade humana. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Previdência. Desaposentação. Benefício mais vantajoso. ABSTRACT: The subject of the present study arose from the importance of performing a scientific research about the relevant dilemma suffered by a significant proportion of the population at the time of retirement. In face of the low rates of the Social Security Benefits, retired workers feel the necessity of returning to the Labor Market in order to maintain not only the living standard of their families as well as to incorporate to a new benefit, gains that will provide themselves better living conditions.
