Resumo

RESUMO: Este artigo tem como objetivo primordial refletir sobre a inconstitucionalidade material constante da incidência do fator previdenciário na aposentadoria especial do professor. Inicialmente trataremos da aposentadoria por tempo de contribuição e suas especificidades, após falaremos do histórico da aposentadoria do professor e da professora, seguindo para falarmos do fator previdenciário, e enfim trataremos da inconstitucionalidade dessa incidência. ABSTRACT: This article aims to reflect on the primary unconstitutional in the incidence of the pension factor in special retirement of professor. Initially treat retirement for length of contribution and its specificities, after talk about the retirement of the teacher and history teacher, following to talk about pension factor, and finally treat the unconstitutionality of this incidence.
