Nesse sentido, o instituto da desaposentação surge como mais um elemento de resgate da dignidade humana. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Previdência. Desaposentação. Benefício mais vantajoso. Dignidade da Pessoa Humana.ABSTRACT: The subject of the present study arose from the importance of performing a scientific research about the relevant dilemma suffered by a significant proportion of the population at the time of retirement. In face of the low rates of the Social Security Benefits, retired workers feel the necessity of returning to the Labor Market in order to maintain not only the living standard of their families as well as to incorporate to a new benefit, gains that will provide themselves better living conditions.
