The Revista Eletrônica Direito e Conhecimento (REDEC) is an academic publication of the Law Course at the Faculdade CESMAC do Agreste, with open and free access. ISSN: 2526-4745. Classified by CAPES as Qualis B2.
Its mission is the dissemination of academic works focused on the areas of Law and its interrelation with the Social Sciences and Humanities, as well as interdisciplinary research based on methodologies and approaches of a critical nature.

Dear readers, authors, and members of the academic community,
It is with pleasure that we present the new issue of the Revista Eletrônica Direito e Conhecimento (REDEC), a publication of Faculdade CESMAC do Agreste. This edition brings together studies that reflect the thematic and methodological diversity of contemporary academic output, bridging the fields of Law, Political Science, Public Health, social policy, and the protection of fundamental rights.
Collectively, the articles in this issue reaffirm REDEC’s commitment to interdisciplinary, critical, and socially relevant scientific scholarship. The published research not only examines contemporary legal and institutional issues but also contributes to the improvement of public policies, the protection of fundamental rights, and the strengthening of democracy.
