HOMOFOBIA NAS ESCOLAS : A IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DOS DIREITOS CONSTITUCIONAIS AO CONVÍVIO ESCOLAR COMO ESTRATÉGIA DE COMBATE

RESUMO: O presente artigo tem como objetivo fomentar discussão acerca da homofobia no ambiente escolar, buscando por meio de conteúdo bibliográfico identificar as principais causas do preconceito a indivíduos homossexuais na escola e estabelecendo possíveis soluções com base nas Garantias Constitucionais dispostas na Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil de 1988. ABSTRACT: The present article objectives to promote a discussion on the subject of homophobia in school settings, seeking out through bibliographic references to identify the major causes of gender-based discrimination to homosexual individuals in school, stablishing possible solutions based on the the fundamental Rights and Guarantees foreseen in the 1988 Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
