A ATUAÇÃO DO ESTADO NA EFETIVIDADE DAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE PROGRAMAS DE ABRIGOS INFANTO-JUVENIS EM ALAGOAS (Fls. 141)

Resumo

RESUMO: Este artigo enfoca as políticas públicas de abrigos de crianças e adolescentes em Maceió, fazendo uma comparação entre o que está regido na legislação e o que se apresenta na realidade dessas instituições, levando em consideração a importância da atuação do Poder Judiciário alagoano no estabelecimento de normas e diretrizes de amparo a crianças e adolescentes socialmente vulneráveis. Para tanto, foi feita uma pesquisa bibliográfica e foram discutidos os princípios constitucionais que tratam das internações infanto-juvenis, os dispositivos do Estatuto da Criança e Adolescente e as orientações normativas de documentos oficiais, como o Plano Nacional de Prevenção, Proteção e Defesa dos Direitos da Criança e Adolescente à Convivência Familiar e Comunitária, além da pesquisa de campo, concluindo-se que há necessidade de se fomentar uma cultura de acolhimento, pelo reordenamento das políticas de proteção social, que permita assegurar o direito à convivência familiar.
