RESUMO: Este artigo tem a finalidade de demonstrar que a redução da carga horária do professor concedida pela OJ nº 244 da SDI – I do TST é inconstitucional. Cumpre evidenciar que a pesquisa buscou subsídio no direito do trabalho que trata das relações de trabalho, incluindo o trabalho do professor, bem como na Constituição Federal, esta que também institui algumas normas para esse profissional, incluindo o Princípio da Intangibilidade salarial. ABSTRACT: This article is intended to demonstrate that reducing the workload of the teacher granted by OJ No. 244 of SDI - I TST is unconstitutional.
