USO DE APLICATIVOS MÓVEIS COMO MEIO DE AUMENTAR ADESÃO AO TRATAMENTO FARMACOLÓGICO EM SAÚDE MENTAL: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA

Esta revisão integrativa buscou realizar uma revisão da literatura sobre o impacto do uso de aplicativos móveis na adesão a tratamentos medicamentosos em pacientes com transtornos mentais. Foram realizadas buscas por artigos em inglês, nas bases de dados BVS e Pubmed, dos últimos 10 anos, utilizando descritores MESH como: “pill dispenser”, “pill bottle”, “Medicine pill” e similares. Foram encontrados um total de 10 artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão do estudo. Os principais achados apontam que o uso de aplicativos móveis tem um impacto positivo, seja no auxílio à tomada dos medicamentos em horário adequado, como na diminuição das interações medicamentosas, minimizando assim os efeitos deletérios do uso de polifarmácia, aumentando a adesão ao tratamento. Portanto, o uso de aplicativos móveis têm demonstrado uma opção viável para melhorar a adesão a tratamentos para pacientes portadores de transtornos mentais.
